Longer stretches and better sleep without compromising breastfeeding

Gradual and kind sleep support for breastfeeding mums who want more rest while continuing to feed and comfort their baby in a way that feels right for them.

If this is you, this is the support you’re looking for. Book a call and let’s chat about what’s going on with your little one, and whether we’re a good fit.

“We were stuck in an unsustainable pattern with our 6.5 month… now our lives have changed!

Our little girl settles herself to sleep (in her own room!), no more than 2 night time feeds and she is now doing all naps in her cot.”

Alice and Sam, parents of 6.5 month old

You don’t have to choose between breastfeeding and sleep

Breastfeeding is a fantastic way to settle a little one and get them to sleep, but it doesn’t mean that your baby can’t learn to sleep for longer stretches. And helping your baby to sleep better doesn’t mean you have to stop breastfeeding, night wean before you’re ready, or leave them to cry.

With manageable, kind and gradual support, we’ll work out what’s keeping your nights difficult. Together, we’ll find an approach that feels right for you, your baby and your feeding journey. You can have more rest while continuing to give your baby the comfort and feeds that are important to you.

Maybe you’re wondering if there’s another way

You might be feeling exhausted and looking for support because:

  • You’re breastfeeding and your baby relies on feeding or cuddling to settle overnight

  • Nights are broken, unpredictable, and leaving you feeling utterly exhausted

  • You’ve read all the advice, but it’s confusing, contradictory and doesn’t feel right

  • The idea of “sleep training” makes you anxious, but you can’t carry on as you are

I can help you and your family get the rest you all need to feel more like yourself again.

“I was nervous about how it might all go, and having a gradual plan meant we made progress but it felt at the right pace. I am able to relax more in the evening and during the night I'm getting more solid chunks of sleep.”

A bit about me

I’m Vicky, a mum, stepmum and certified Infant Sleep Consultant. I understand how exhausting and overwhelming life can feel when you’re running on broken sleep, torn between wanting more rest and not wanting to change the things that matter to you.

By the time my son turned one, we were exhausted. I was feeding multiple times overnight and had very little time or energy for my partner. We knew something had to change, not because I wanted to stop breastfeeding, but because the lack of sleep was affecting our mental health, relationship and daily life.

My own journey into infant sleep taught me that you don’t have to choose between breastfeeding and getting more rest. Every baby and family is different, and I believe sleep support should feel gentle, manageable and guilt-free. Your instincts, feeding choices and parenting values matter just as much as your sleep goals.

I know how it feels when you’ve read all the advice but still don’t know what’s right for you. And I know the relief that comes from finding support that understands, without pressure or judgement.

Now, I’m passionate about helping other mums and their families find a way forward that feels right for them. I’ll support you in finding more rest and consistency, without having do anything that doesn’t feel right for you and your baby.

“Vicky was brilliant from beginning to end! She listened to our concerns and needs and supported us wit a gentle, achievable plan… we made such progress and would recommend her to anyone. We are finally sleeping!!”

Abbi, mum of 6 month old
